Yotam Ottolenghi's recipes

Hey guys,

David Lebovitz featured a recipe from Yotam Ottolenghi, who is a
British chef and runs four eponymous restaurants. It sounded so good
that I look for his other recipes and found all these vegetarian
recipes from him. I will be trying many of these!

Fyi - I made these last night and they were amazing - possibly the
most beautifully subtle dish I've personally ever made. Although I'd
argue with Yotam's assertion that they were easy - grating all those
beets was a pain in the butt.
