Hi all,

I am interested in finding some good vegetarian cooking classes in the
SF bay area. I think I have the basics down pretty well so I'd like to
find something a little more intermediate - I want to get more
comfortable with pairing flavors and making significant modifications
to recipes. Anyone have any recommendations?

I would be down for the basics.

Milennium does great cooking classes; I took their mushroom cooking
class last year and learned valuable tips on how to choose mushrooms,
how to care for them and how to slice, clean and sear them properly.
Plus, you get some fantastic recipes and some amazing food / wine
pairings. It's pricey and they don't have classes often, but it's well
worth the cost and wait.

They just had a Fall Farmer's Market class in September, so they
probably won't have another until December or January. Let me know if
you (or anyone else) has a definite, committed interest, I can reserve
spots as soon as the class is announced, as they sell out quickly.
