I thought it was a cool video on how Hodo makes its tofu and yuba.
Except for the huge quantities that they can make at once it looks
just like making tofu and yuba at home.

I guess I was late to the party, but I was surprised to hear John
Scharffenberger is now CEO of Hodo!
