Diamond Parking Services, has been using this scam for years why has it taken this long to publicize it? Several of my friends have gotten these and I personally have advised them just to toss it and move on. It's not a legal ticket, you were parked legally on the street and the city parking enforcement would have written a ticket, or had your vehicle towed. Someone from Diamond parking should have to answer for this attempted illegal scam.
