v8 Compilation error on MSVC 17.12

Hi.

The vcpkg-package Qt WebEngine doesn't compile in msvc 17.12, due to a 3rdparty dependency on v8, and v8 not building.

I have submitted a PR to vcpkg themselves, and they wanted me to report this upstream.

It's seems to be a bit more work to sign the CLA here, as it would require my company to create a Contributor Group, which seems overkill, for a simple compilation fix.

Thanks for suggesting that fix.

I'm sorry to inform you that V8 considers MSVC officially unsupported since September 2024. Please compile V8 with Clang.

(Also, for the record and future readers, we cannot accept any patches from contributors who haven't signed the CLA.)
