SetAlignedPointerInInternalField tagging

Hi

I see a tag was added to SetAlignedPointerInInternalField, but is it checked anywhere?  There's no tag passed to GetAlignedPointerFromInternalField.

That's work in progress, the tag should be required for both, eventually.
