can not create new issue at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issue

I just want to create a issue at  https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issuse

but failed, 

and it said :

"Note: You are using uncommon label(s): Type-Bug."

Can you take a screenshot of the error when you try to create a new bug at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issues/entry?
I think you need to fill in the Description, and select a Priority.

https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issues/detail?id=10970 I could create one with Type-Bug.

I have write some description, but I am not found where to set the Priority

I've seen that before, if you hit submit, what happens? (It looks like the submit button is clickable.) If you see some warning in RED, then that means it failed. (Note that you also need to set a priority.

If i click the submit button, it will send some request to the server, see the first picture which include information from the development tools.

but the web page did nothing, no any output information,
