The idea of a bicameral legislature was informed by the need to maintain a balance of some sort between large and small states. In the Senate, for instance, each state, regardless of size and population, is represented equally by two senators. .Nations are different in their complexities, hence it does not make sense to rush into comparisons.The realities of the Nigerian state compel the argument for a rotational presidency.
