Hello Members and Friends of the Major Cities Committee,

Thank you to all that reviewed papers this cycle! More to come on that soon, but in the meantime... two bits of information to pass along:

War Games

After a successful first-ever session at the 2018 TRB Annual Meeting, the Strategic War Game session returns for the 2019 TRB Annual Meeting.  Our next session will focus on how new technologies, public and private organizations, and consumer preferences might be combined to most effectively deliver Mobility as a Service (MaaS) in North America.  While we’ve been recruiting for a while, the Steering Committee would love to see participants from last year at this year’s session.

 

To participate in this exciting and interactive session, please submit your interest by completing the 2019 interest survey.  All Strategic War Game teams will be preassigned by October 15, 2018. Teams will have the opportunity to work together before and during the competition.

 

Not available for the entire session? The Strategic War Game session is interactive, and spectators are encouraged to drop in. Date and time are still being determined and will be announced when finalized.

Funding opportunity
