1.  To buy in Indian mutual funds, you need an Indian account.
2.  If US market goes into a recession, Indian market will go down as well due to liquidity crisis; also, even if US cuts interest rates, investors wouldnt want to invest no matter where - and hence Indian markets would also suffer.

how could one buy that mutual fund ? Do I need account in India ?

hmm don't know if indian market will do good if markets here don't !! but if
they cut rates here, then i thot like last time Indian markets will go up
for a little while atleast !!

and moreover if other markets would also go down along with US ... then is
it better to be in cash ??
