how could one buy that mutual fund ? Do I need account in India ?

hmm don't know if indian market will do good if markets here don't !! but if they cut rates here, then i thot like last time Indian markets will go up for a little while atleast !!

and moreover if other markets would also go down along with US ... then is it better to be in cash ??
