Hello
Can anyone tell me the steps how to use implied weights when I want to run a tree, I am using a cytb data set for 75 taxa. Its not just clear to me. I can get my fasta data file and run it and get a consecsus tree. Any step by steip advice is appreciated.I am not very much familiar with TNT, very basic experience. Thank you.Shobnom

Thank you very much. My next question is  K value always 3, or if I can calculate for my data set then how to do that. I have requested the paper associated with this subject, but have not got it yet. Any help is much appreciated.

Hello Everyone
I could run my tree using K=3, my question is I can not see any value or number on the tree, how to interpret the result? I got MP tree using other programs as well. Is there any way I could explain how much implied weight influenced each node or clade or character? Sorry for my questions, I did not get the paper explaining Implied weights and I have so many questions.
Sincerely,
Shobnom
