exporting to nexus format

I'm trying to convert Francisco Prevosti's latest data matrix
from .tnt -> .nex format
[its available here: http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/cgi-bin/fulltext/123196258/sm003.tnt?PLACEBO=IE.pdf]
[EarlyView Cladistics]
It reads into TNT fine, but the 'export (nexus format)' button from
the Data drop-down menu is greyed-out / not-allowed.
Why?
I have converted other files from .tnt to .nex before. Something
special about the format of this file perhaps?

The problem is that this matrix has continuos characters.

I knew it had continuous characters in it, I just didnt know they were
preventing the exportation.
Makes sense though.
