Osteoarthritis also known as degenerative
arthritis is a group of mechanical abnormalities involving degradation
of joints, including
articular cartilage and
subchondral bone.
Symptoms may include joint pain, tenderness, stiffness, locking, and sometimes
an effusion. A variety of
causes—hereditary, developmental, metabolic, and mechanical—may initiate
processes leading to loss of cartilage.
Rheumatoid
arthritis (RA) is a chronic, systemic inflammatory disorder
that may affect many tissues and organs, but principally attacks synovial joints. The
pathology of the disease process often leads to the destruction of articular
cartilage and ankylosis of the
joints.
You will be surprised to know that
unlike other connective tissues, cartilage does not contain blood vessels.
Because of this, it heals very slowly.
As explained earlier, fixing the
diet is the first step for healthy joints, refined carbohydrates should be
replaced with the blessed Barley bread, vegetable oils & saturated fats
(Butter, Ghee) should be replaced with the blessed Olive Oil, consumption of
animal proteins should be minimum, washed lentils should be stopped, only Mung
Daal (Green with shell), Black chickpeas & White Lobia are valid, tea,
coffee, pickles, soda drinks should be eliminated for the rest of life. A strict
Tibb-e-Nabawi diet will bring quick results Insha'Allah.
For all kinds of Arthritis, our
treatment is almost the same, we drain the blood by doing Hijamah as 8 points on
the back (first session), & depending upon the location of worst pain, you
can cup the arms & legs later, on each arm, I only apply 2 cups (in
between shoulder & elbow). On the legs, 12 cups are necessary (6 on each
leg) as shown in the attached picture.
Patients should take formula "T19"
(teaspoon after breakfast & dinner) for at least 3 weeks, so that the
impurities & unnecessary fluids are extracted out.
Take 100 grams of Qust-al-Bahri, 50
grams of dried Henna leaves & 50 grams of Sumbul-al-Teib (Nardostachys
Jatamansi ~ Baalchar), boil in one liter of Olive Oil at low heat for
45 minutes, when the oil cools down, filtrate carefully before bottling,
this oil is good for massaging & reducing pains in general, even the women
who get tired after household tasks can use this oil to reduce
pains.
I also recommend a milk
porridge ~ KHEER prepared with 6 ingredients, which are Lotus seeds (Phool
Makhanay), Flaxseeds (Alsi), Sesame, Chahar Maghaz (melon, watermelon, Gourd,
Cucumber seeds), Almonds & Gum Acacia (Goond Keekar), it provides all the
necessary minerals, vitamins & oils that help to protect the bones &
cartilage, I shall send the recipe separately.
By combining all of the above, our

I want to ask about hajama point in rheumatoid arthritis
and osteoarthritis as I have found only 30% results in these cases
after treating 150-200 patients. Please also give me the exact anatomical
positions of the 8 points of back you take on and off in many
diseases.
