Alhamdullilah sum Alhamdullilah My 85 to 90% knee pain has gone, My all good deeds of Ramadan are continuously going in your Account. Before Ramadan i cannot imagine that i can offer prayers and Tarawee easily. Before I was stricken by my physiotherapist for must offering all prayers on chair but by grace of God now after Hijamah on 12 points i am offering Namaz easily.
May God gives you Baraka in your life, family, ilm, and health as well.

Alhamdullillah, I get done Hijamah from Bhai Naimat before two days on six point of left lag (in which i am feeling pain) , balance six point ( right lag) will get Insha' Allah next sunday. Mulana shakir Nagda is not available in Karachi till 28th Ramadan, I am feeling too much improvement Alhamdullilah, but still observing some pain, Also i am taking safoof of Luban, sooranjan sheeren, asgand nagoori, and qust al bahr.

Now you have to take 200 ml of milk, add 3 tablespoons of this powder & boil, that is how you will get the kheer as was shown in the pics, sweeten it with honey.
What about your Hijamah ?

Hope you are fine with good physical and spiritual health, You advised following prescription for my knee pain.
Phool makhanay, almonds, ulsi, black seesame seeds, goond babool and chaar magaz (dry roast for 10 ninites).
I did as same and roast all things on fry pan but after that we got all things in the form of dry ( bulkul aesay jaisay mong phalli bhuni hoti hay) and not in form of kheer as mentioned your given pictures. However i did grind together and got dark brown mixture (safoof type slightly feel oily), Pls advise is it ok and i can use it.
