thuthesis.cls not found

搞了很久这个模板。。就是不知道怎么用。。有三太电脑不同的系统不同的问题。。所以决定问些简单甚至可能很弱的问题。。

windows7 ctex full version 下载了xueruini-thuthesisv4.6版本， 解压打开main.tex, 不
管使用pdflatex还是哪一个， 都会提示thuthesis.cls not found， 这是怎么回事？ 我操作哪里不对呢？

现在的问题是，生成了latex main后，生成了dvi文件， 但是dvips的时候出现了错误

cannot find 'simhei.ttf‘
PK font gbkhei43 cannot be created
