Menu for the week December 14-18/09
Monday Dec 14/09
1 .Meat loaf
2.Sear chicken breast with tarragon mushrooms sauce
3. Baked buttermilk spicy chicken breast with double chili salsa
4 Grilled beef loin with mushrooms sauce
5 Chicken and corn chowder
Side dishes: saute potatoes ,brown rice ,green beans savory, fried okra
Tuesday Dec 15/09
1 Crepes stuffed chicken ( choose the 1 vegetable only not starches)
2. Baked Pork loin with cajun and mustard honey glazed
3.Broiled salmon with mustard cream sauce
4.Chicken parmesan
5.Pumpkin cream soup
Side dishes :Noodles ,garlic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf , ,green peas
carrot, saute zuchini and tomatoes
Wednesday Dec 16/09
1 Baked chicken breast with jalapeno jelly
2 Chicken with marchand de vin ( chicken with red wine sauce )
3 Saute beef strips with red and green belle pepper
4 Sea food casserole .
Side dish.: Rice pilaf ,noodles ,saute potatoes , Vegetables blend
,green beans with bell pepper
Thursday 17 /09
1 Roast marinated New Yolk beef loin with merlot sauce
2. Shrimps soufle rolls ( soufle with shrimps stuffing) with hollandaise
sauce
3 Cashew chicken
4.Chicken stuffed Monterey jack cheese and jalapeno( like cordon blue
but not with ham )
5.Roasted Roast pork loin with spiced and cherry sauce
Side dish: rice stir fried vegetables , noodles ,saute, herb potatoes,
green beans almondine
Friday 18/09
This can be use for the Christmas party
1 Roasted lamb leg with garlic rosemary, serve with merlot sauce and
mint jelly
2 Spiced roasted turkey with corn bread and dried fruit and apples
serve with giblet gravy sauce.( same recipe for thanksgiving )
3.Baked ham with orange glazed
4. Marinated roast Rib eye beef with mushrooms sauce
Side dishes : Green beans casserole ,carrots with celery,creamed spinach
, Sweet potatoes casserole. scallop potatoes ,rice pilaf
Dessert: Lemon pie,pumpkin pie ,pecan pie,coconut pie ,chocolate cake
with strawberries garnish
The cost will be :$27.00 for 4 servings 2 servin $ 1500 $ .For the
ribeye 4 serving and New yolk beef loin the cost will be $ 35.00 for 4
servings and $ 20 .00 - for 2 servings
soup -$ 11.00 for a quart.
chocolate Cake $15.00 for 9 inch,and Pies $12 .00 for 9 inch
