Monday November 23/09

1.Italian Stir fried beef with spaghetti pasta
2. Pork loin stuffed spinach and bell pepper
3.Baked hellmann�s parmesan crusted chicken
4.Tortilla chips crusted tilapia fish
Chicken and brown rice soup
Side dishes :squash saute ,broccoli with cheese sauce ,Garlic mashed
potatoes ,noodles and rice

Tuesday ,November 24/ 09

1 Chicken cordon Blue with supreme sauce
2.Meat balls and spaghetti casserole
3.Beef stragonoff
4 . Mediterranean style chicken breast .(from south beach diet )
5.Carrot cream soup
Side dishes : Buttered noodles ,rice pilaf, potatoes saute , green peas
and carrots ,creamed spinach.

Wednesday ,November 25/09 same as thanksgiving menu

1. Roast turkey with dressing and gravy
2. Baked ham with pineapple and cherries glazed
3.Grilled beef rib eye with Diana sauce
4. Butternut squash and apple Bisque (soup)
Pecan pie, pumpkin pie ,coconuts cream pie
Side dishes: Sweet potatoes casserole ,Scallop potatoes , Rice pilaf
,green beans casserole ,baby carrots with honey and lemon sauce

Thursday November 26/ 09

1. Spice-rubbed turkey with cornbread and dried and fresh fruits
dressing ,and giblet gravy
2. Baked ham with pineapple and cherries glazed
3 .Roast marinated beef rib eye , with mushrooms sauce .
4 .Butternut squash and apple bisque ( soup)
5 Pecan pie ,pumpkin pie ,coconut pie, lemon chess pie
Side dishes : Scallop potatoes ,sweet potatoes casserole , green beans
casserole ,baby carrot with honey and lemon sauce .

Friday November 27/09

1 Turkey tetrazini
2. Cracked pepper steak with black pepper sauce
3. Ham and broccoli casserole
4 Chicken breast stuffed with pepperoni
Side dish :Noodles , garlic mashed potatoes ,rice pilaf . mix squash
casserole ,and mix vegetables
All the price remain the same except the beef rib eye ;2 servings cost
:$20 00 and 4 servings coast 35.00 including tax .
Others 2 servings -$15.00 and 4 servings $27.00 including tax .
Pies 9 inch coast : $ 12. 00 including tax
Soup cost $11.00 a quart including tax .
