Week menu December 7-11/09
Monday 12/7/09
1. Chicken casserole
2. Beef brisket with smoked sauce
3. Lemon pepper chicken with red bell pepper sauce
4.Carne Guisaida
5 Chicken and noodles soup
Side dish : saute potatoes , rice pilaf
Pinto beans with tomatoes ,and mix vegetables .
Tuesday December 8/09
1.Crepes stuffed chicken
2. Meat balls and spaghetti casserole
3.Mediterranean chicken breast( from south beach diet)
4.Beef stew
5. Cajun chicken breast with lemon and sherry sauce .
6 .Vegetables cream soup
Side dish: Corn o Brian, green beans ,Mashed potatoes , noodles , rice
pilaf
Wednesday December 9/09
1 king ranch chicken casserole
2 .Grilled steak with mushrooms sauce
3.Baked ham with pineapple juice and honey
4.Chicken tereyaki
5 Broccoli and chicken cream soup
Side dish : stir fried vegetables ,mix squash vegetables ,rice ,and
sauteed potatoes
Thursday.December 10/09
1 Pork loin stuffed apples
2 Sear Chicken breast with mushrooms and basil sauce
3.Beef Burgundy
4 .Broil salmon with tomatoes coulis sauce
5.Chicken stuffed cream cheese and cilantro pesto
6 Carrot cream soup
Side dish : noodles ,mashed potatoes ,rice pilaf ,ratatouille ,and green
beans
Friday December 11/09
1Roast turkey with dressing and gravy
2.Chicken cordon blue
3 Beef stragonoff
4 Sear Chicken breast Florentine style
Side dish: Noodles,Scallop potatoes ,rice pilaf, .green beans almondine
,green peas carrots
The Price remain the same $27.00 for 4 servings and $15 .00 for 2 servings
Soup $11.00 a quart
Thank you very much for your support ,next week I will send you the menu
for Christmas ,but I will not available on 12/24 /09.Thanks .
