Way 1:

Let us start with something very quick.

I am assuming you are able to view telugu pages at
http://telugubloggers.blogspot.com or http://chavakiran.blogspot.com ,
if not please let us know your operating system details.

Two quick steps
1. Goto either http://spaces.msn.com and login with your hotmail
account and add entries to your blog;
    or goto http://blogger.com and signup just like what u do for your
mail account signup.

2. go to http://www.iit.edu/~laksvij/language/telugu.html and type in
english (u can look at the help avalable on the same page) and see
that in telugu on the right window. Now copy and paste that right
window telugu to your "Add entry" of above created blog.

That's all for now.

as U asked how to post in telugu script, here I can guide u another
way,
instead of going every time into the weblink to translate the script
into telugu,
u can download the"PADMA" plugin which can directly convert the english
script in to telugu
like this type #swaati# and right click in ur browser and convert it to
RTS in to TELUGU and it it dispalyed like
this "స్వాతి".
this plugin can be downloaded for both IE an MOZILLA FIRE FOX

and for fire fox http://padma.mozdev.org/
meeku script telugu lo sarrigga rayatam raaakapothe you can use any of
telugu translation softwares like
