DICOM to SPAR/SDAT

Hello everyone,

I am new to MRS and having a data format issue. Some of the data I have been given is in SPAR/SDAT while the rest of the participants only have DICOM. Does anyone know of a way to convert from DICOM to SPAR/SDAT?

Hi Desiree, I don't think one exists to convert to SDAT/Spar, but there are other formats you can get conversions to, like a basic text file. 

I'll try to dig out the name of one I know.

You should also be aware that Tarquin and jMRUI can both read dicom MRS data, so you may not need to convert it at all.

The software I was thinking of is called SIVIC. Give it a try and let the community know what you find out.
