美國出招 帶骨牛肉禁止進口台灣

台灣民眾於12月起就吃不到美國牛肉嗎？日前國內飯店與量販店等通路，都收到台灣美國肉類出口協會的通知，因與我方帶骨牛肉開放進口協商未達共識，因而
決定全面停止所有美國牛肉進口台灣，此消息一出，引起外界高度關注，據了解，今上午已初步達成共識，原先已開放的美國一般牛肉又可恢復進口，但帶骨牛肉
進口將無限期延後。
國內美國牛肉進口商指出，上週位於美國的農廠無預警收到美國農業部告知，將全面暫停供貨給台灣，包括原先已開放進口的一般牛肉，都將不准發出合格證，造
成供應商只能暫停宰殺牛，並無限期暫停供貨，直到與我方協商達成共識。國內量販業者指出，確實有接到告知，因美方擔心我方利用非關稅壁壘，阻礙美國牛肉
進口，而造成美方出口商之損失，因此決定採取全面禁止的手段，促使我方讓步。
國內五星級飯店接獲美國肉類出口協會通知，帶骨牛肉要無限期延後，晶華酒店行銷部經理蔡惠茹表示確有此事，通知表示，由於台灣允許牛肉進口的條件未明，
美國因此無法進行認證與評估制度恢復貿易，因此目前11月2日當天及之後的30月齡屠宰小牛除去骨產品外，都不能進口。此新消息是公布在美國肉類出口協
會11月6日定期發送的「美國肉品新知」。
