Takabreath is a simple guided breathing app to help you relax and feel better. Just a few minutes a day can make a real difference for your mind and mood.

Here's what to do:

  1. Download the app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.guterelefant.takabreath
  2. Take a few minutes each day for breathing exercises (14 days total)
  3. Let me know what you think! Leave a rating on Google Play or drop me an email at takabreath.app@gmail.com

If you're a developer testing your own app:

  • A screenshot showing you've used Takabreath
  • Your Google Group link
  • Your Google Play app link

Quick reminder:

To complete the test, please keep the app for 14 days, do your daily breathing, and share your thoughts via Google Play or email. That's it!
