to foil-l, Discussion list about emerging world social movement

[Three dimensions of the war (nearing climax):
I. Massive deletions of legitimate voters from the voters list via, especially -- but not exclusively, the huge fraud named as "logical discrepancies".
II. Large fraudulent additions -- presumably from other states.
III. Finally, a military operation underway -- to manage the actual polling.
All with the (explicit and implicit) blessings of the Supreme Court.]

There is already an existing rule for verifying the identity of voters before they cast their votes in every booth. This time, the Commission has made that rule even stricter. It has been directed that every voter’s identity must now be verified in two stages. In the first stage, verification will be done by the jawans of the central forces on duty there. In the next stage, it will be carried out by the booth-level officers (BLOs).
...
...The Commission has asked to pay special attention to those areas where the rate of names being left out from the voter list is higher.

[For the broader context, please do look up:

a) 'Poll in Bengal or War on Bengal!?' at <https://groups.google.com/g/greenyouth/c/bZhnYGwCdYc>.
b) 'War on Bengal: Gyanesh Kumar Blows the Bugle!' at <https://groups.google.com/g/greenyouth/c/01JElEOT9cI>.]

Two things are particularly noteworthy:
a) In all those areas where voters have been arbitrarily stripped of their voting rights (see in this regard: <https://www.instagram.com/reel/DWy6wrCkQ-u/>), security forces will maintain much stricter surveillance.
b) Central force jawans will verify the identity of people standing in line to vote and will selectively turn them away from the polling booth line itself.
The latter one is completely unprecedented in this state.

What it means:
Following the Uttar Pradesh model, in the Muslim-majority areas (and wherever support for BJP opponents is known to be strong), voters will be systematically prevented from casting their votes. By force -- in measured doses. Via the central paramilitary forces deployed for poll duty.

This is a more refined version of the Sitalkuchi model (ref.: <https://m.thewire.in/article/communalism/sitalkuchis-lingering-fear-2021-firing-shadows-west-bengal-polls-again>) -- to be deployed statewide.
This does not, of course, mean that the prospects of reenactment of some raw version of the Sitalkuchi model in specific cases can just be ruled out.

This is, mistake not, an all-out war by the BJP, commandeered by the Election Commission of India — blessed by the Supreme Court of India — on Bengal.
That is, in turn, a part of the much larger war on "India" itself --  already very much underway.
Has got to be resisted, as unitedly as possible, with a cool head and all the grit that can be summoned.

An essential part of this resistance has got to be an effective plan for mobilising extensive and intensive presence of both domestic and international media on the ground.

Fresh fraud by the Commission on the eve of elections!

The final voter list for Bengal was published on 28 February. That means the list was effectively frozen. At that time, it was stated that over 9 lakh applications (Form 6) had been submitted by people above 18 years of age seeking to become new voters. Out of these, only 1.5 lakh were approved. Nearly 7.5 lakh were rejected.

Then, suddenly, before the first phase of voting, another 5.5 lakh new names were inserted through Form 6.

Who are these people?
It is being learnt that most of them have been enrolled as voters in Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, Hooghly, Howrah, and East Medinipur. What is their age? Are they genuinely above 18? Are they actually new voters? How many are women/men? The Commission has maintained complete silence on all these matters since Saturday.

An appeal to all BJP-opposing political parties: There is a strong suspicion that these are voters from other states. Exactly the same tactic was used in Maharashtra and Bihar. From Sunday onwards, ask the CEO’s office for the identity details of these new voters. Do not let go of Manoj Agrawal, Subrata Gupta and others. They are desperate to bring the BJP to power and appear to be involved in a massive operation.

Sumon Sengupta has repeatedly discussed this on Prasun Acharya’s YouTube channel and had warned about it. And now exactly that has happened.
