This time, the Elections in West Bengal would surely be :

Fear-free,

Violence-free,

Intimidation-free,

Inducement-free 

and without any Chappa, Booth Jamming and Source Jamming.>>

Not to be casually dismissed as a street ruffian's ugly, but essentially empty, threat.

Rather, drunk on its sense of power and consequent invincibility, it's an advance notice -- a public warning to intimidate and dissuade from protesting -- as regards what's in the pipeline. 

At least that's what is being planned. 

That's why 2400 companies (i.e. about 2.5 lakh) of central paramilitary forces (ref.: <https://m.economictimes.com/news/elections/assembly-elections/west-bengal/2400-capf-deployment-in-two-phase-bengal-polls-480-companies-already-in-the-state/articleshow/129713568.cms>).

That's why the number of officials summarily removed from their posts in the state by the ECI is 21 times that in other poll-bound states combined (ref.: <https://m.thewire.in/article/government/number-of-officials-transferred-in-bengal-21-times-that-in-other-poll-bound-states-combined-report>).

A Sitalkuchi 2.0 (ref.: <https://youtu.be/sHm6Y93Q_9U>) on a far wider scale in the offing?

Apart from everything else, all efforts must be made to get the global media in the state to report the conduct of the two-phase poll.

And also the independent youtubers -- for reporting from ground zero. To document and disseminate.
