花旗預料今年中國經濟成長9.8%

花旗集團今天預期，今明兩年全球經濟保持穩步成長，其中中國大陸今年經濟成長達9.8%，但明年經濟成長減緩至9%。
花旗集團投資策略及研究部主管張敏華今天在記者會表示，今明兩年全球經濟只會穩步成長，不會急速反彈，預料今年全球經濟成長3.2%，明年3.4%。
花旗預期，中國人民銀行在今年第3季開始升息，到今年底，大陸升息會升至5.85厘。她並預期人民幣未來半年至1年持續升值，到今年底，人民幣兌1美元
升至6.62元的水平。
張敏華說，目前美國通脹增長率仍然溫和，仍未具備升息的條件，預計美國聯邦準備理事會最快在今年第4季才開始升息，但升幅輕微。
花旗又預期，今年香港經濟成長成長4%，香港企業盈利增長21%，帶動恆生指數上半年有機會升至2萬4000點。該行看好地產股及金融股，特別是從事辦
公大樓的收租股及中資保險股。
