The Keiko Schneider "Sabotenweb" website and the "Sakuradict" website both seem to have disappeared so the links were removed.
Some URLs such as Shapecatcher, the Reddit "learn Japanese", the Tae Kim grammar site, and some Japanese-language government sites changed the URL subtly so these were updated to the new version.
The nihongo.monash links are not working currently as mentioned here:
so if this doesn't get fixed I'll change them at the next update.
