Monash server down.

Just a heads-up that the Monash WWWJDIC server
(http://nihongo.monash.edu/cgi-bin/wwwjdic?1C) seems to be down. It's
not responding, and I can't "ping" it or log into it.

Monash is currently in its end-of-year shutdown of IT services, so
it's unlikely to be back for a couple of weeks.

This issue is still being worked on. It was shut down by the Cyber security team because of a potential Apache vulnerability. I and the Linux sysadmins think they were probably mistaken. Fingers crossed that it's back soon.
