I've been using Polycom Soundstation then VVX for many years. Currently we use VVX 300 and 400s. I have seen discussion regarding Grandstream, and I'm about to do a significant expansion. The Grandstream phones are a lot cheaper, and visually they appear to be at least as nice. We don;t use a lot of advanced features on the Polycoms. Set a background, change the display on the names for the lines, disable DND, and a few other minor things. All of our phones at a center are in 1 or 2 hunt groups. We do use the directory lookup feature as well. That is about it. What are the common opinions of Polycom vs. Grandstream? Do Grandstream phones provision as easily as Polycom? Anything better or worse about either?

Thanks. Polycom it is then. Maybe they will fix their issue one
day where a phone can't be in 2 consecutive hunt groups :)

I can tell you we don't have any in our QA lab... So we don't do any testing with them.
There have been some updates to the templates recently. But that doesn't mean that they support all system features.
