Specifically Scott's question about hacking DJI batteries?

Scott, talk to me. Retired EE with a wee bit of experience on reverse eng batteries. 

I'm a visual communicator, so pictures are my fastest modality.

Scott's planning to present on DJI batteries in a future meeting, he's got the software/solution figured out and working just didn't have time to present this month.
