Prezados,
Informamos que está em andamento a reorganização das planilhas de Other no modelo antigo, com o objetivo de centralizar e padronizar o acesso aos arquivos.
Nesse processo, as planilhas estão sendo transferidas para um diretório interno, o que pode ocasionar a indisponibilidade temporária de alguns links anteriormente compartilhados.
Esclarecemos que não haverá qualquer alteração no conteúdo ou no formato das planilhas no modelo antigo. A iniciativa tem como único objetivo a melhoria na organização e gestão dos acessos. Sempre que necessário, as planilhas serão disponibilizadas no drive oficial de Other, que passará a ser o repositório único para acesso público.
Destacamos ainda que volumes e números ainda não iniciados deverão seguir o fluxo regular de solicitação de criação de novas planilhas no modelo novo, conforme orientações do Guia para a Gestão e Criação de Números Other para Ordenação de Seções de Periódicos que Adotam a Modalidade de Publicação Contínua (PC) e do post Other: Novo modelo de planilha, de 31 de outubro de 2025.
Caso identifiquem algum link indisponível, solicitamos a gentileza de entrar em contato pelo e-mail <publi...@scielo.org>, para que possamos providenciar a disponibilização da planilha correspondente.

Estimados,
Informamos que se encuentra en curso la reorganización de las planillas de Other en el modelo antiguo, con el objetivo de centralizar y estandarizar el acceso a estos archivos.
En este proceso, las planillas están siendo transferidas a un directorio interno, lo que puede ocasionar la indisponibilidad temporal de algunos enlaces previamente compartidos.
Aclaramos que no habrá ningún cambio en el contenido ni en el formato de las planillas en el modelo antiguo. Esta iniciativa tiene como único objetivo mejorar la organización y la gestión de los accesos. Cuando sea necesario, las planillas serán disponibilizadas en el drive oficial de Other, que pasará a ser el repositorio único de acceso público.
Destacamos además que los volúmenes y números que aún no han sido iniciados deberán seguir el flujo regular de solicitud de creación de nuevas planillas en el modelo nuevo, conforme a las orientaciones de la Guía para la Gestión y Creación de Números Other para la Ordenación de Secciones de Revistas que Adoptan la Modalidad de Publicación Continua (PC) y del post Other: Nuevo modelo de planilla, del 31 de octubre de 2025.
En caso de identificar algún enlace indisponible, solicitamos por favor que se pongan en contacto a través del correo <publi...@scielo.org> para que podamos disponibilizar la planilla correspondiente.

Dear all,
We inform you that the reorganization of the Other spreadsheets in the legacy model is currently underway, with the aim of centralizing and standardizing access to these files.
As part of this process, the spreadsheets are being transferred to an internal directory, which may temporarily result in some previously shared links becoming unavailable.
We emphasize that no changes will be made to the content or format of the legacy model spreadsheets. This initiative is solely intended to improve the organization and management of access. Whenever requested, the spreadsheets will be made available in the official Other drive, which will become the single public access repository.
We also highlight that volumes and issues not yet started must follow the standard request process for the creation of new spreadsheets using the new model, in accordance with the Guide for the Management and Guide for the Management and Creation of Other Numbers for Section Ordering in Journals Adopting the Continuous Publication (CP) Modality and the post Other: New spreadsheet model, dated October 31, 2025.

To create and make the “other” available, you need to request the spreadsheet from us as described in the Guide for the Management and Creation of Other Numbers for Section Ordering in Journals Adopting the Continuous Publication (CP) Modality, section 8.1 Email template for requesting a new spreadsheet for the volume/issues of the year.
Hi Renata,
I am writing you to inform that we are about to begin the upload of new issue RMJ 61 to SciELO, so can you please make the other spreadsheet available in the official Other drive,
Can you also confirm if the e-location id should continue from the last delivered article in issue 60 or should we assign a new series to allocation id to the articles for issue 61?
