Hello,

Following the interesting Play presentation. I suggest to hack a little the Play API, especially the Iteratee and Enumeratee.
Leif is preparing some code to demonstrate a use case where events are sent from an actor (remote) and displayed into a Browser using Server-Sent technology.
The aim would be to not have any polling from the back-end to the front.

The idea would be to discuss about the proposed code and play with it.

If you want to read a little bit about it before here is a very cool explanation:

The session will be on the 17th of January at 18:30.

See you soon...

Hi,

I won't be able to assist this session even if I'm very interested in learning more about Play!

Since it seems people are interested in Play! around Lausanne/Geneva, I was wondering whenever there were any open-source project which was looking for a decent software engineer specialized in web development and want to learn more Scala and Play ?

Have a nice hack session !

Olivier
