How to convert Hindi text written in Walkman chanakya 905 into Unicode?

Hi!

Is it possible to convert Hindi text written in Walkman chanakya 905 into Unicode?

If yes, could you please give the link to download or the link for online converter if any.

     Yes, there is a the converter*, that a member has already mentioned. It is commercial one however.
Though it does allow you can try out limited set of characters for free.

This is an actual, random example it's Unicode output:

The Walkman chanakya 905 font is a type 1 Postscript font.
The full set of which is easily and freely to be downloaded obtained from the net, if needed.

turn out to be nothing to do with fonts, its is a video of the type of Walkman that you stick in your ear!
