How can we help wear, the chinese translator

You may have noticed chinese text on english language pages recently
[1]. I noticed these were all made by the same translator, wear. I ran
the work through google translate and they seems like a honest
translations[2]. wear also posted a page on localization[3], but it's
in chinese like the others.

Does anyone know who this is or how to get ahold of them? If wear
ended up anywhere near as awesome as sukit, the chinese pages would be
much improved. Ideas?
