Upgrading Gerrit from 3.8.1 --> 3.11

My current version of Gerrit is 3.8.1, and I would like to upgrade to 3.11.
Which version is stable to upgrade with no or minimal issues. Please suggest from below.
3.11.5 | 3.11.4 | 3.11.3 | 3.11.2 | 3.11.1 | 3.11.0

As official documentation suggests to if we are upgrading from 3.8.1 to 3.11 , we should follow offline process  because of the Lucene upgrade.

Any suggestion how we can upgrade :
1. Incremental upgrade or direct upgrade?

3.11.5. 
Always use the latest service release of the release you want to upgrade to.
Otherwise you will miss some bug fixes available in the latest version.
And read the release notes: https://www.gerritcodereview.com/3.11.html
