Hi David,You are correct that the default configuration will only show party records that have been published (which usually means they have an associated data record). The configuration for this is in the following places:The filter query in the published portal/view config. The filter query is a Solr query that is used to decide what records are shown in this portal/viewThe views that are enabled for OAI-PMH filtering in the system-config.jsonIf you need something different the way I'd recommend doing it is:1. Create a new view, this is essentially just creating a new directory inside the portal directory with a portal.json file. Tweak the filter query in that portal.json as needed to include the records you need.2. Add the view to the enabledViews in the system-config.jsonThe only other thing to look out for is that all the records will need a PID so that the RIF-CS is valid. This is why we normally only make them available post published. If you have a PID already available in your Mint records, then you may just need to tweak the RIF-CS template for parties to make use of that. Thanks,
Andrew

--HelloWe have a situation where we have added new people to Mint but they are not appearing in the OAI rif set search. We aren't sure why they don't appear, but they aren't creators in any data set records (as yet). We suspect that Mint is unable to make references to the works where they are collectors of data for those works (which haven't yet been created in the redbox server). Is there any way to get those People records published through the OAI server so they can be harvested by RDA? What needs to happen for that to take effect? We are running Mint 1.6.2 and ReDBox 1.6.2 on RHEL 6.10. The Java version is 1.7.0-251.Hope to hear from anyone, soon. Thanks and kind regardsDavid Lewis
