The idea is to put Inceptor with Eye of Unforgiving Heaven, Claws of
the Dead and anything else on a 1-cap, have them rush someone, go to
long with Claws of the Dead (being at zero blood), firing off Eye of
Unforgiving Heaven, burning and getting two pool, and have Baron
Dieudonne Rubicon the opposing vamp. Compu hacks are the ousting
mechanism.
Baron Dieudonne is a "good" fit as he has Obfuscate to get the Rubicon
action through, he has Protean for Claws of the Dead (as you need a 1-
cost combat card) and he has a built-in multiaction (as well as a
title, naturally). An IC member might be better, though, for the added
cap and bleed boost. Or perhaps Nakhortheb.
To add an additional layer of fiddlyness (because it isn't fiddly
enough!), you could use Cold Aura instead of Claws of the Dead and
replace Baron Dieudonne with someone titled with superior NEC and play
Daemonic Possession on the Rubicon victim.

Inceptor will only fake 1 discipline - you'll have to use only auspex
1-caps (or val 1-caps).
Damn, that's a buzzkill. Agent of Power is trifle and there is the
fact that the Caitiff gets always burned, so I suppose you could
include multiple Cargills, but the first version at least had of
ousting someone after the trick. *sigh*

But Eye of Unforgiving Heaven gives you pool when it burns your
vampire...
Sure, but between a 1-card combo (Mummify) and a 3-cards combo (Aus
skill or Agent of Power + Inceptor + Eye of UH), I prefer the first
one even if I don't gain pool. If you want to gain pool, play Parity
Shift with Dieudonné.
I'm fonder of the Eyes of UH one, because the Mummify doesn't work.

Is your ultimate goal to burn vampires or to find a use for Rubicon?

Have small-cap !Salubri as support and create Brothers in Arms. Agent
of Power for Auspex and you are set to go. If you really need to burn
your single blood include some copies of Blissful Agony for use at
inferior Valeren. Here is an old deck I used to play a lot excluding
the Rubicon-trick: http://beerandjyhad.blogspot.com/2009/12/suns-gone-to-hell_31.html

What? Why does the original idea not work?
Inceptor, Master
Unique master. Put this card on a vampire of capacity 1, and put three
cards from your hand, ash heap or library on this card, face up but
out of play. This vampire may play other copies of these cards as if
he or she had the Discipline required (if any) at superior.
Where do you see "only fake 1 discipline"
For example, make the 1 cap and anarch drop 3 anarch cards on it use 9
different disciplines.
THat probably should have read "will only fake 1 discipline for a
given card-play" - and the answer to your question is "in the rulings
about play as if" cards.
> For example, make the 1 cap and anarch drop 3 anarch cards on it use 9

That, indeed, works, and is pretty solid.
However, unless the 1-cap in question has either Aus or Val, Inceptor
can't allow xer to play EoUH, since xe can play it as if xe has AUS
(which means xe can't play it) or as if xe had VAL (which means xe
can't play it) but not as if xe had "AUS VAL."
