Firstly, I was wondering how does Seal of Veddartha work with vampires
who already have inferior fortude and dominate? I'm pretty sure they get
only 2 counters, but unsure does it last two or three untap phases?
First untap, I get superior dominate, second untap, do I get a counter
and it goes to waste since I can no longer gain a level of dominate, or
do I automatically transfer to getting counters for fortitude?

Second question is regarding Hukros. Can he only have 1 card on him for
his personal use, or am I allowed to put more cards? I'm guessing just
one("You may look at the card at any time."), but a friend of mine
claims the text is blurry and says nothing about putting more cards on
him.

The Seal itself doesn't notice what the vampire has.
The Seal blithely goes on accumulating counters without regard to the vampire's
Disciplines.

The first counter adds one level of Dom.
The second counter adds another level of Dom.
The third counter adds a level of For.
The fourth counter adds another level of For.

The former.

He can accumulate as many cards as he likes, at the rate of one each untap.

And he can also be used as a "Trash Bin" :) You can put cards on him that he
has no ability to play (Masters, Events, fortitude :( ) just to get them out
of your hand, but you'll never see them again unless he gets burned.

And another question, how does orlandos special work with, lets say
malgorzata?

Does she get 6 votes if she won in the prisci sub referendum, does she
get her votes doubled in the prisci subreferendum, making her something
like Gratiano, or does nothing happen in the prisci sub, and if she wins
she only gets 3 votes and thats it?

aaaaaaaaaaand another one

Masochism
Type: Action
Requires: Fortitude
+1 stealth action.
[for] Put this card on the acting vampire. Whenever damage is
successfully inflicted on this vampire, put 1 rush counter on this card
for each point of damage. Remove rush counters in excess of the
vampire's capacity. Whenever this vampire plays a card, you may remove X
rush counters from this card to reduce that card's blood cost by X.
[FOR] As above, but put an additional rush counter on this card at the
end of any round of combat in which this vampire takes damage.

Talbot's chainsaw does 3 damage to a minion of mine who has got
Masochism, he gets 3 rush counters right?

I'm usually wrong, so take that as it is... But I would say that yes you
do get 3 rush counters (regardless of whether the Masochism was played
at inf or sup).

It doesn't work with prisci.

Explicit card text is required to affect the prisci sub-referendum,
and Orlando lacks such text.

Nothing happens in the sub-referendum and if she wins, the prisci
block gets 3 votes.

Chris has it right.

Normally I'd agree with you, but the title is "a few questions", and
that's exactly what he asked in his follow-up posts. Now, if he had
asked several questions, he should probably have started a new
thread. :)
