Just a question regarding the eye of Hazimel. Athough it cannot be
moved, stolen etc, is it possible to use Reg Driscol's ability (if he
performs a successful equip action you may move the equipment to any
minion you control) to move the eye? I realise that by virtue of his
card text (the word "moved" may indicate that he cannot, but I am
unsure as to the timing. Does Reg equip, then pass the item on or does
he serve as a sort of "proxy equipper" and never has control of the
item in the first place? Any response would be apreciated.

He equips and then moves.
He cannot move the Eye while ready.

He equips using Day Op and goes to torpor. Can he move the Eye via his
text?

Servitas, then tries to equip with Eye of Hazimel while he has only 1
blood. During the action, you use Insurance Scam to burn San Nicolas,
and Reg takes 2 damage and goes to torpor. I seem to be drawing a
blank here, but I think that the action would not be ended just because
Reg is in torpor, so if it's successful, could he then move the Eye?
And if it's blocked, I assume the blocking vampire has the option to
commit diablerie?

The action (requiring a ready minion) would fizzle if the acting minion
is no longer ready.
