(LSJ) Banished Becomings

So, in thinking about library cards in the crypt, it occurred to me;
I'd meant to ask: If a The Becoming ends up in the uncontrolled
region (due to Banishment or whatever), does it:

a) Burn, as its discipline cards are not in play and so its text burns
itself;
b) Not burn, since its text doesn't function when not in play, and
automatically come into play at the end of its controller's influence
phase since its capacity, not counting the discipline cards which
aren't in play, is zero;
or just to be sure, c) something else?

Card Text:
Becoming, The
Action
[2 Blood]
+1 stealth action. Requires a non-sterile vampire.
Put this card in play. It becomes a 0-capacity non-unique vampire of
the same clan as the acting vampire. Move up to 1 blood from the
acting vampire and up to 3 Discipline cards from your hand to this
vampire. This vampire cannot act this turn. If this vampire has no
capacity-increasing Discipline cards, burn him or her.

c) It's a one-cap in the uncontrolled region.

Sure, sure.

b) Not burn. and
c) Is effectively a 1-cap while uncontrolled, since 1 is the minimum capacity
possible.

Ugh, google-fu fail. Searching on banish instead of banishment
doesn't find it, and for some reason I didn't think to search
uncontrolled.

Google doesn't search strings, it searches full words. Or something. I
have tried the string within a word method on Google, and it also
failed. It's a way for it to search on things like Dreams of the
Sphinx, with out bringing out all of the hits that have "THEme" or
somesuch...
