This happened in the Southland over the 9/11 weekend.

It was cooler than at the coast with wide open vistas and superb dbl & single track and the company wasn't bad either.

Blessings to the 9/11 victims and their families.

Hugh,
Thanks for sharing. Looks like a great time.
Brings back memories of apple pie in Julian.

Jon,

I really wanted some apple pie but we were short on time so it'll have to wait till the next time. The pie is super awesome especially with a heaping scoop of ice cream & whipped cream.

Just stop by the Julian Pie Co at the bottom of the hill on your way back to Ramona & grab one to go.  Whenever I'm in the area, I'm not allowed home unless I bring a pie.

Pie makes anything better. Plus, it's great for breakfast.

Hey Hugh,

Thanks for sharing this one.

Might I ask:

1. What handlebar bag are you using here?
2. What size saddlesack are you using: medium or large?

Thanks,
D.

Hi Daniel,

The handlebar bag is an Acorn & the saddle sack is a medium.
