Raw Scores in importance2 file

Hi,

May I know the raw score in the importance2 file is the raw
permutation importance?

Is it unusual to have negative values and the what are range of values
we are usually looking at?

Hi!

The "raw score" is the raw importance score. Negative values are common. But you should keep your attention to the positiv values. Big positiv value = very important.
