I recently tried to install the INLA package using R version 3.1.2 that I have on my computer. However, it says that the package is not available in this version (or I'm assuming later versions of R either). Are there plans to make this available in later versions of R or is this just a problem on my computer?

I have the same issue here. After I try to install according to the INLA download page I get
