Olá! Estou usando um erp bling, que tem opção de instalar o qz tray. Mas fica aparecendo a mensagem em anexo. Tem como remover?

Hi,

Which ERP are you using?  The certificate normally needs to be purchased and installed to suppress this warning.  I would expect the ERP provider to offer instructions for doing this and we can help you if you have instructions from the ERP provider.

In the bling panel, the only option that appears about the configuration, I am sending it as an attachment.

Yes, I have read this and it does not mention anything about "digital-certificate.txt", so you will need additional steps from Bling.

Does bling appear as a service authorized by you?

Hi, no, Bling is not currently a direct customer of ours, however they must provide you with instructions for installing a certificate.  Once you obtain these instructions, we can help.

I'll email them and see what they say.

Unfortunately it does not have the certificate, but the service works very well. I believe that bling will be one of your customers, as there are several bling customers who need the QZ TRAY service.

Bling replied, they were not very helpful:

Chat and Ticket: You can access these channels directly within your Bling account.

They asked for an email copy of our conversation. And they said they will check how they can solve the certificate issue.

Can any company fix qz tray, without your support?

Although is technically possible to use QZ Tray for free, the difficulty to configure this will depend on how many PCs you will be using.

For one PC, it's pretty easy to get working using Advanced, Site Manager, "+" and deploying the private-key.pem and digital-certificate.txt to the website.

Thank you for reaching out after being dismissed 5 times, I have finally obtained the developers' email address.

I've sent them an email requesting documentation for how to install our certificate.

I will let you know if I hear back from them.
