To Whom It May Concern,

As we gear up for the GPRO reporting period, we'd like to confirm that the file format of the Epic extract meets the criteria for upload in the CMS interface.  QPP informed us that we could go to Google Groups to test the file format now since the testing period does NOT start until Jan 8th.  I have removed ALL PHI data from the file that Epic had generated.  Please confirm if this template will meet requirements.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks,
Shaun

Hi Shaun - please review https://groups.google.com/d/msg/qpp-apis/Ev2eRCPexu8/PuxEOoLNAgAJ. If you are reporting in the CMS Web Interface, you cannot test any Excel file uploads until 1/8/18 when the test period starts.

In order to minimize Excel upload errors, please do not change the order of the headers.  The labels of the template have to be exactly the same. The conditional formatting in the Excel template may be removed.
