Job id (28188 and 28191) saying "something wrong" everytime

Whenever I try to run bptp analysis for my sequences, it says something is wrong ! Kindly help

the classic issue is that the input tree is neither strictly bifurcating
nor in Newick format.

How can I overcome this issue? Please let me know the steps to ensure my input tree is correctly formatted and strictly bifurcating.
