Hi Geoffrey,
The GFX 100SII is supported in PTGui 13.3, I just tried loading a sample
image and it showed fine with correct white balance.
If you're still using v13.2, could you please update and try again?
If there's still an issue, just make your files available and I'll take
a look.
Note that raw development is a subjective process, so you might see
small differences between how ACR and PTGui develop them. But the
differences should be subtle (not like in your screenshots).
