PTGui 13 beta 4 - DNG import failed

hi all,
i've exported raw files (sony a7r mk1) as DNG files to try them for stitching in ptgui. the DNGs are treated in LR (version 13.2) with the noise reduction routine (which generates a new DNG file from the original RAW file).

while importing a preview (probably an embedded one) flashes up for a very short moment before the checkerboard kicks in. the error log screenshot is linked here: https://data.pblog.at/index.php/s/W3LkSTeSpdHXe23

the original RAW files are working without problems

Yes, there have been previous reports about importing DNG from lightroom when noise reduction was applied:

As a side note: the noise reduction applied by Lightroom will not be used by PTGui unless you convert them to actual images (tiff/jpg).  If you export your RAW to DNG, the RAW information will be used and that does not contain the noise reduction information from Lightroom.

So a better way is to 

use the original RAW files with PTGui 

or

convert the noise reduction processed files to images (jpg/tiff)

This should now be fixed in beta 5.

And actually Lightoom's AI noise reduction generates a new (demosaiced)
DNG file (under a different name) with the noise reduction applied to
the pixel data. So the denoised DNGs can be stitched in PTGui.
