Scriptaculous draggable JS links

Hi

Ref: http://madrobby.github.com/scriptaculous/draggable/ 

My draggable script works fine when linking to script.aculo like so: 

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://script.aculo.us/prototype.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://script.aculo.us/scriptaculous.js"></script>

But downloading the JS files and linking them locally it does not work:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://kuka/drag/prototype.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://kuka/drag/scriptaculous.js"></script>

Can anyone give me a hint why this is so?

Best guess would be versioning... but regardless, link to the modules off of Google instead of locally.

Agreed - unless you want to maintain them yourself - linking to the google version of the files will ensure they are always the latest version and you could benefit from other site already caching the files on the user's browser
