What's new in ProteinPaint for February

Hi all!


Here are the announcements for February: 


  • DNA methylation data available on the Medulloblastoma data portal: Array-based DNA methylation beta values for 888 medullo samples are available on the Medulloblastoma data portal in the form of bigWig genome browser tracks. To view the data, click on the Charts tab at the top and the Genome Browser button. A new section titled Genome Browser will appear. Select a sample from the default DNA methylation table to see the data. 


All of our software changes are noted in the change log, available from GitHub (https://github.com/stjude/proteinpaint/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md).
